I was at the Upland Home Depot the other day and noticed these fine looking chairs

in the Garden Section.  Who knew they came in all these colors???

They are perfect to add that little decorator touch to your outdoor space.

Priced at just under $18, they are quite affordable.

What do you have for breakfast?

Most days, this is what it looks like for me.

I hear and have read that oatmeal is so good for your health.

This is a good combination that is homemade and healthy.

Keeps my weight in check, too.

Get some Quakers Oatmeal, or the oatmeal of your choice,

add a few walnuts, almonds and raisins (sometimes I add brown sugar),

and water.  Microwave for a minute.

Presto!

I know you know this is true.

It happens each and every day.

Sometimes it is more challenging to pay attention to it.

Goodness is everywhere, in everyone.

It's out there.

All we have to do is LOOK FOR IT.

Tonight was one of those nights where you just want something light and yummy...

My Grandmother (Nonna in Italian) used to tell me to have soup first at a meal...

reason:  "Ti fa letto nello stomaco.."

translation:   "It makes a bed in your stomach.." 

Well, tonight was thinking of her as I made this Cream of Mushroom Soup (Campbell's)

with Trader Joe's, Garlic Naan. 

Total calories about 650.
